Who I am
This website is operated by Alexandra Lebon, To Be Well by Alex, a health coach based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: alex.lebon@tobewell.co.
What data I collect
When you fill in a form on this website (contact, booking or newsletter), I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and your preferred language. For coaching clients, I also keep session notes and information you choose to share about your health and lifestyle.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiries and manage your appointments
- To provide personalised coaching if you become a client
- To send you occasional emails, if you agreed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
How I protect it
Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Health information is kept strictly confidential and only accessed by me.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Client records are kept for a minimum of seven years, in line with professional guidelines, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing alex.lebon@tobewell.co. This policy aims to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the principles of the GDPR.
